Questions
Do I need to be a CourtRemind customer?
No. Anyone who works with attorneys, law firms, or bail agencies can join. (CourtRemind customers have their own referral program inside the app, with account credit instead of cash.)
When do I get paid?
Each customer who subscribes to Solo, Pro, or Firm through your link and stays at least two billing periods (their second monthly payment goes through, or they pay for a year) earns you $49. It counts 60 days after their first payment, as long as their payments weren't refunded or disputed. On the 1st of each month we send everything you've earned to your bank through Stripe, once you've earned $50 or more.
How do you know a customer came from me?
When someone opens your link, we remember it for 60 days. If they sign up in that time, they're yours. If they open someone else's link later, the latest link counts.
What do they get?
50% off its first month on any monthly plan, applied automatically at checkout.
Do I have to pay taxes on it?
Partner earnings are income. Stripe collects your tax details when you connect your bank and sends you a tax form when required. CourtRemind never sees your bank or tax information.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many people as you like. Starter plans, free trials, and your own business don't count.
